A custom toolkit automating the paperwork side of project management — invoice coding, change orders, RFIs and submittals, meeting agendas, reporting, and HUD compliance — across every active Rick Scott Construction job. 30+ Claude Code skills plus scheduled jobs, cloud scenarios, and standalone apps: 60+ automation artifacts in all.
- Invoice Coder / Stamper — auto-stamps every PDF in the AP queue with the correct cost code and project, then renames it
- Job Cost Reviewer — builds the monthly Foundation paste-ready workbook with month-over-month variance
- OK-to-Pay Reviewer — cross-references the aging report against the pay app, highlights subs cleared to pay, drafts the accounting email

- Approved-CMOD → Change-Order Kickoff — fires once a CMOD is signed; drafts the accounting request plus per-sub notifications (cross-project)
- Change-Order Countersigner — pulls a signed CO from Outlook, files it, stamps signature + date, drafts the reply
- CMOD → CO Audits — Osage · Autumn Park — read-only watchdogs that flag executed CMODs still missing subcontractor change orders
- Meeting Minutes Processor — raw notes / Otter.ai transcripts → clean, distribution-ready minutes (Word + PDF)

- OAC Meeting Minutes → Procore — cleans the OAC transcript and pushes it into the Procore topic structure as draft
- OAC Agenda Builders — Osage · Autumn Park — pull Procore RFIs, submittals, photos and build the agenda via REST API, then export a paginated package

- Procore RFI Drafter — turns a rough field question into a structured RFI and submits to Procore via REST API; always lands as DRAFT
- Submittal & RFI Tracker → Log — pulls live status from Procore and merges it into the hand-built submittal log, never clobbering a manual status
- Submittal Package Reviewer — checks a sub's package against specs, then stamps and pushes to Procore as a draft submittal with comments

- Section 3 Compliance Trackers — Autumn Park · West Oak — scan sub folders for new HUD Section 3 filings and flag missing monthly reports
- Testing & Inspections Log Audit — reconciles every inspection PDF against the master log and appends the missing rows
- Subcontractor Contract / Folder Builder — replicates a template folder across every sub on a job, auto-filling party info and bid-package scope while preserving Word formatting (built 23 subcontractor folders from one template in a single pass)
- Email Triage & Reply Drafter — analyzes an inbound email, maps it to the right project, and drafts strategically different replies in my voice
- Read Email Aloud — TTS so I can clear the inbox while driving or walking the field
- Custom Outlook MCP Server — an authored Model Context Protocol server exposing Outlook to AI tools, draft-only by construction
- Brand & OAC Agenda-Book Design System — generates on-brand documents (chiefly the monthly Agenda Book) as dual HTML + editable Word from a JSON data model, with consistent color, type, and logo
- 8 scheduled jobs — headless Claude Code on a daily / weekly cadence for project brains, ops reports, and safety reports
- 6 Make.com cloud scenarios — Gmail, HTTP, webhook, and datastore modules; one live pipeline with 66 executions and 0 errors

Procore RFI & Submittal Agents
API-first integrations with Procore using OAuth2 refresh-token auth. Draft RFIs and submittals are created directly in Procore, always in DRAFT status for PM review, plus live status tracking that merges back into the submittal log. Eliminates the manual dashboard back-and-forth on every active project.
Authored Outlook MCP Server
A Model Context Protocol server I built in Python that exposes Microsoft Outlook to AI tools — list, search, read, and draft email — with draft-only safety controls by construction. A concrete "I can build the integration layer, not just use it" artifact.
Operations & Project Intelligence Engine
A daily engine that pulls schedules, Excel logs, live Procore data, and meeting minutes into a per-project brief, feeding automated Monday operations reports. Runs unattended on a schedule alongside a purpose-built sub-agent — part of the estimated 60+ hours/month of admin work recovered (self-estimated).
CMOD Generator (web app)
A Flask multi-project web application for contingency-modification tracking — applies the 6% RSC fee math automatically, keeps a running contingency balance, and produces a signature-ready PDF package plus an Excel log. The web app is a working prototype; the same CMOD workflow runs in daily production as Claude Code skills across Osage, Autumn Park, and West Oak.
OAC Agenda Builder
Pulls Procore RFIs, submittals, and recent photos and builds the monthly OAC agenda directly in Procore via REST API, then exports and paginates a clean supporting package. Replaces a multi-hour stitching exercise with a single command and enforces the brand and content standards every time.
Live Cloud Pipeline & Model Evaluation
Six Make.com scenarios (Gmail, HTTP, webhook, datastore) including a live weekday pipeline with a clean record of 66 executions and zero errors. Separately benchmarked Claude, GPT, Qwen, and Grok for construction workflow use cases — documenting performance, cost, and fit.
