Internal product used in production for Autumn Park and Osage Casino. Drafts contingency modifications, applies the 6% RSC fee math automatically, and produces a signature-ready PDF package in minutes instead of hours.
Procore RFI Drafter
API-first integration with Procore for autonomous RFI workflow. Drafts and submits RFIs directly to Procore, always in DRAFT status for PM review. Eliminates the manual dashboard back-and-forth on every active project.
Operations Reports & Meeting Minutes
Automated meeting-minutes and Monday-morning ops-reporting pipeline. Saves ~5 hours/week per active project. Output is clean, branded, and distribution-ready — same format the leadership team already trusted.
OAC Agenda Builder
Pulls Procore RFIs, submittals, and recent photos and builds the monthly OAC agenda directly in Procore via REST API. Replaces a multi-hour stitching exercise with a single command, and enforces the brand and content standards every time.
